Shipping Policy
Merchandise is generally processed and prepared for shipment within 18 days of the order being placed, Monday through Friday (business days only).
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. In such cases, the merchandise will be shipped within 5 days of the next business day.
Partner Carriers
All orders are shipped via reputable national and international carriers, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL, in order to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
Order Processing Time
Standard Service (General)
Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 7–18 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
As soon as a shipping label has been created for your order, we will email you:
Your tracking number, and
A link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
In general, a tracking number is issued and sent to your registered email address within approximately 7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking status to update and become fully searchable on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address that can be verified and reached by postal or courier services.
If your package is not delivered, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclear shipping address, or due to the address being undeliverable by the carrier:
We do not provide refunds for the order on this basis, and
Any reshipment, if offered, may require payment of additional shipping fees.
Definition of Business Days
For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, “business days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and officially recognized public holidays in the United States.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
